We are crafting an unparalleled dining and lounge experience in the heart of Miami. Our meticulously curated multi-functional space will feature a world-class Omakase concept, a state-of-the-art listening lounge, and retail displays featuring products from our existing luxury lifestyle brand. Our culinary program will be overseen by award-winning Chef Bee of Naiyara, Oishi Thai, and many more. Chef Bee is a renowned figure in Miami, as his restaurants are known for having some of the most exclusive, hardest-to-obtain seats. Our projected opening is mid-November 2024. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, leveraging your core skills in staff training, management, and food service to ensure a seamless dining experience. With premium inventory control skills and fine dining experience, you will drive excellence in food quality and service standards. Your relevant skills in FOH/Bar management and hospitality will enhance the overall guest experience. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for customer service, and a deep understanding of restaurant management practices. RESTAURANT CONCEPT: Be a part of our well-known luxury lifestyle brand’s first-ever culinary extension! At CONFIDENTIAL, our mission is to elevate the luxury lifestyle by offering an intimate and sophisticated wine bar and Omakase experience. With over 50 planned locations in key U.S. cities, we aim to enhance our brand presence and customer loyalty through exclusive venues that transcend our brand’s wine portfolio, our signature wine-based cocktails, and curated Omakase seatings by renowned chefs. Our refined settings provide the perfect pre-or post-dinner relaxation atmosphere, featuring a lounge space and a unique 8-seat Omakase bar with daily rotating nigiri selections. Customers can also shop our exclusive brand’s retail items, bringing a piece of our luxury experience into their homes.

Building on our successful online e-commerce business, this venture marks our first foray into experiential shopping. By integrating our confidential brand into the everyday lives of our customers, we seek to build strong connections, drive online sales, and eventually integrate our concept within premier hotels, enriching the hospitality experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years in a management role in the restaurant industry
  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
  • Wine Knowledge a Plus
  • Has a passion for delivering unparalleled service and experiences
  • Has leadership experience and the ability to inspire and lead a team
  • Possesses a deep understanding of fine dining and hospitality.
  • Japanese knowledge is a plus.
  • Polished professional who takes pride in their appearance and understands the importance of presence.
  • Warm, energetic, infectious personality who is guest-focused; has an interest in building relationships with our guests, VIP partners, and our team.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with P&L and COGS and history of interaction with accounting personnel
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive revenue and growth within the restaurant and retail space.
  • Oversee daily Front of the House operations.
  • Control purchase and inventory, negotiate prices and contracts, and develop preferred supplier and vendor lists.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy working environment by establishing and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, complying with health and legal regulations, and maintaining security systems.
  • Proactive and open communication with Executive Management and Corporate Office
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
  • Organize and supervise shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Onboard all new staff.
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
  • Oversee flawless dining experiences, collaborating with the culinary team to maintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Play a crucial role in staff training and development, ensuring our team consistently embodies the essence of our brand.

COMPENSATION: Salary based on experience. Bonus and Incentive Potential.
