Responsibilities

  • Continuous monitoring of commercial and technical metrics for technology partners and their clients.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of metrics, creating summary tables and charts, and formulating conclusive insights for areas requiring improvement.
  • Report identified issues to other teams (product, API support, pricing, etc.), ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to establish processes and provide strategic recommendations for improving the performance of top clients.
  • Develop new dashboards and refine existing ones, incorporating a comprehensive range of commercial and technical metrics to facilitate more informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience. 2+ years in a business analysis or analytical role, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Education. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • API. Familiarity with API functionality and integration.
  • Tech-savvy. Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, especially Advanced Excel. Proven experience with technical and business metrics analysis, creating and refining metrics-driven dashboards, and other data analysis tools.
  • Analytical skills. Capable of working with databases and good with numbers, as well as optimization skills. 
  • Personal skills. Ambitious, team player, eager to learn, proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • International mindset. Adaptability to multicultural environments, reflecting our global presence.
  • Be Your Own CEO. Work independently with a high level of accountability.
  • Think outside-the-box. Develop and implement creative solutions to challenges.
  • Language Proficiency. Advanced English (B2); Spanish and other additional languages are advantageous.
  • Location. Worldwide, but preferably LATAM based.

  • High level of self-motivation, initiative, and effective communication skills.
  • This is not a leadership role; We’re looking for someone with aspirations to lead and manage a team in the future.
