EquipmentShare is searching for a Oil, Gas and Drilling Compliance Supervisor for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow.  

EquipmentShare is seeking a Oil, Gas and Drilling Compliance Supervisor to be responsible for initial alignment with and understanding of contract billing terms/rates by Billing end users and all internal key stakeholders (Operations, Sales, Contracts, and AR/Credit) prior to invoicing the customer to ensure full compliance and revenue recognition and customer billing accuracy. Directly manages administration of the Jobs/Contracts/Equipment moves within databases/oil and gas and 3rd party tools for updating customer ePortal systems (Oil/Gas/Drilling only). Implements departmental processes that support team accountability for achieving results and performing all duties in full compliance and accordance with corporate policies, internal controls, and/or external customer reporting requirements in addition to timely customer invoice submissions for the oil and gas markets.

Primary Responsibilities

• Reviews/analyzes all oil, gas and drilling executed contracts/amendments for all terms/provisions which directly impact invoicing to the customer.
• Oversees preparation of initial Well Data Sheets based on initial rental contract/amendment analysis/equipment moves.
• Leads regularly scheduled meetings/discussions with the customer, operations, sales and key internal stakeholder management for clarity of understanding and agreement regarding executed MSA contracts, customer billing requirements/payment terms and customer rates prior to initial customer invoicing.
• Ensures evidence of Well Data Sheet agreements/invoices obtained through customer field approvals. 
• Escalates invoice disputes in a timely manner with Operations/Sales/Credit and ensures all disputes are resolved timely.   
• Acts as a liaison between the customer, internal Operations, Sales and Credit/AR.
• Reviews performance against established goals, performance expectations, and development objectives and reports all results to the director of credit and senior credit manager.
• Other duties and special projects, as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications 

• Business or Accounting Degree or equivalent work experience in oil, gas, drilling, and equipment rental industry.
• 3+ years of billing experience in the oil/gas/drilling markets 
• Understanding of MSA agreements 
• Strong collaboration skills 
• 2+ Oil/Gas/Drilling customer invoicing experience
