As our Regional Operations Manager, you will lead the charge in setting up our teams for success to ensure that the market runs smoothly daily for our teams and our customers. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and have a thirst for startup life. You and your team constantly strive for product perfection across every cup of coffee and interaction within our spaces. You are a pro at multitasking and are extremely well-organised, self-motivated, and master flawless execution in everything that you do.

Key Responsibilities of an Operations Manager

  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor & engage a team of General Managers and Assistant General Managers ensuring you are creating the high performing teams and a positive working environment
  • Succession Planning and Recruitment:  Plan and manage recruitment and succession planning, working closely with the people team
  • Change Management: Act as an ambassador for change, identifying, co-designing and effectively communicating and implementing new initiatives and policies.
  • Cross-Functional Relationships: Develop and maintain effective communication between HQ and field teams to foster harmony and connection and drive meaningful change.
  • Drive Business Improvement:  Regularly identify and implement improvement opportunities across the full operation, designing solutions and creating action plans to enhance the business.
  • KPI and Budget Management: Own and manage store KPIs and budgets, focusing on productivity, reducing wastage, accurate inventory handling, and product quality.
  • Financial Analysis: Regularly analyse and communicate financial and commercial data to evaluate business trends and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain Standards:  Ensure  customer services standards, product quality, presentation, cleanliness, and uniform standards meet brand expectations at all times across all stores
  • Compliance and Audit:  Utilise compliance systems and audit processes to minimise risk and promote high retail standards and customer service. Use audit data to drive improvements
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality
  • 3+ years of experience leading multiple large teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in finance, P&L oversight, and budgeting
  • Track record of hiring senior roles and retaining top talent
  • Customer obsessed
  • Growth mindset

Schedule: Weekend availability
