We help customers “do more with less.”</p><p><strong>Summary of Responsibility:</strong><br></p><p></p><p>As a Senior CNC Field Service Technician at the Robert E. Morris Company, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our CNC equipment at our manufacturing customer locations. You will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of technical machine issues, encompassing electrical (high & low voltage), mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and machine control systems.</p><p></p><p><strong>What You Will Contribute:</strong></p><ul> <li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> Apply your extensive knowledge and experience to perform sophisticated installations, solving, and repairs on CNC equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency for our customers.</li> <li><strong>Customer Engagement:</strong> Maintain a high level of integrity and customer service while interacting with manufacturing customers. Optimally communicate technical information and solutions to customers in a clear and understandable manner.</li> <li><strong>Remote Dispatch:</strong> Work remotely from your primary residence to receive dispatches and plan daily service assignments. Maintain a well-organized schedule to ensure timely responses to customer requests.</li> <li><strong>Equipment Maintenance:</strong> Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment issues and conduct detailed inspections to identify potential problems before they occur.</li> <li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Accurately document all service activities, including equipment diagnostics, repairs performed, parts used, and other relevant information.
