Requirements

Your role

Under the responsibility of the IT team, you will contribute to the development and optimization of all data by solving practical business problems. You will be responsible for the following missions:

- Operational support to our IT project manager

- Plan, setup and configuration of a workstation and its software and hardware components,

- Answer users' IT and technical questions,

- Handle user requests and solve problems,

- Manage requests (ticket, e-mails, hotline) and ensure follow-up,

- Respect and draft IT processes,

- Suggest areas for improvement and for the automation of tasks to increase the quality of IT support

Votre rôle

Sous la responsabilité de l’équipe IT, vous contribuez à développer et valoriser l’ensemble des données en résolvant des problématiques business concrètes. Vous assurerez les missions suivantes :

· Soutien opérationnel à notre équipe IT.

· Planifier, installer et configurer un poste de travail et ses composants logiciels et matériels,

· Répondre aux questions informatiques et techniques des utilisateurs,

· Traiter les demandes des utilisateurs et résoudre les incidents,

· Gérer des demandes (ticket, e-mails, hotline) et assurer le suivi,

· Respecter et rédiger des procédures informatiques,

· Proposer des axes d’amélioration et d’automatisation des tâches afin d’augmenter la qualité du support informatique

· Participation à des projets variés avec l’équipe IT.

Profile

Do not hesitate to apply if you have the profile:

- You are a student (minimum 2 years of secondary studies) in the field of systems and networks

- You ideally have a first experience in a company

- You would like to work in a fast growing company and are looking for a 12 month work-study program

- You have a strong sense of service and communication, you are rigorous and have a good adaptation ability.

- You will be able to be independent, to suggest solutions and to take initiatives to carry out your missions

- Fluent English (written and spoken)

- Technical environment:

o Knowledge of operating environments (OS Windows PC and Servers)

o Knowledge and proficiency in the main tools (MS Office, IE, Outlook ...)

o Creation / Maintenance of procedures

Profil

N'hésitez pas à postuler si vous vous reconnaissez dans le profil suivant :

· Vous suivez des études supérieures (minimum bac+2) dans le domaine des systèmes et réseaux

· Vous avez idéalement une première expérience en entreprise

· Vous souhaitez évoluer dans une société en pleine croissance et cherchez une alternance de 24 à 36 mois (bac+2, bac+3)

· Vous avez le sens du service et de la communication, vous être rigoureux et possédez une bonne capacité d’adaptation

· Vous saurez être autonome, force de proposition et en capacité de prendre des initiatives pour mener à bien vos missions

· Vous avez un réel intérêt pour les technologies des systèmes d’informations et les innovations digitales

· Anglais avec un niveau avancé imperatif.

· Environnement technique:

o   Maitrise des environnements d’exploitation (OS Windows PC et Serveurs)

o   Connaissance et maitrise des principaux outils (MS Office, IE, Outlook …)

o   Création / Maintien de procédures

o   Connaissances reseaux et/ou programmation appréciées.
