Accounts Payable Accounting Clerk

Are you great with numbers? Nesco Resource is partnering with a local client in South Williamsport, where y our meticulous attention to detail will keep our accounts payable in perfect harmony, ensuring the gears of our organization run smoothly. This is a temporary position, with a minimum of 2 months up to 6 months or longer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Match and approve accounts payable invoices, track orders.
• Ensure timely entry of all accounts payable invoices with less than 1% errors.
• Verify timecards for payroll accuracy.
• Manage plant inspection spreadsheets.
• Assist with Receptionist and AR duties as needed.
• Perform other assigned tasks from the Office Manager/Treasurer.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
• Proficiency in computers and typing.
• Secretarial/Department Assistant experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday; 7:30am to 4pm OR 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay $15-$17/hour
