Business Analyst

 1.            Act as functional lead in T&L and Payroll for a PeopleSoft 9.2 T&L and Payroll Phase II project.
 
2.            Perform fit-gap analysis between current PeopleSoft 9.2 T&L and payroll system and requirements submitted by the business.
 
3.            Produce functional design specs for customizations, interfaces, reports, data conversion and workflow for T&L and payroll changes.
 
4.            Produce test scripts required to adequately test changes to be implemented to the system.
 
5.            Perform unit testing on any configuration changes.
 
6.            Perform system testing on configuration changes and customizations.
 
7.            Troubleshoot system defects and resolve issues.
 
8.            Provide functional support during go-live implementation.
 
9.            Provide completed documentation for all changes to the system.
 
10.          Provide knowledge transfer for City subject matter experts.
