• BAR MANAGER

We'd like for you to have:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• 2+ years as a Bar Manager in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment.
• Experience in a steakhouse is strongly preferred.
• The ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance / minimize waste.
• Strong broiler skills are required.
• An excellent attention to detail.
