In your role as a Automation Test Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, developing, and updating automated tests. Your main task will be to ensure high stability of application on environments as well as necessary adaptation for upcoming releases. Including providing proper test documentation, necessary preventive actions needed to have stable production rollouts without incidents. We value your personal skills but prefer to use them to automate processes (where possible) rather than manual work (still sometimes needed).

You will be responsible for:👇

• Creation of technical and/or business focused test cases based on business requirements and the technical design
• Planning of automated test data generation especially for testing BPMN processes
• Run / manage results of tests
• Create logs and test documentation
• Plan and run new or updated regression test
• Close collaboration with development team
• Create error messages for the development team and track they have been fixed
• Retest fixed errors

Which technology & skills are important for us? 👌

• Experience in UI test automation, backend test automation (Java)
• Experience with creating automation test cases
• Practical knowledge of testing tools like Cucumber or similar
• Experience in using tools like Postman, REST Assured and Swagger
• Basic knowledge of BPMN tools

Description of the cluster:

Customer Data Management (CDM) harmonizes the currently heterogeneous application landscape for customer master data to enable fast and efficient access across the bank and to create the basis for a new standard of data quality. We create group-wide views of the personal and customer master data and link these to alliances for internal and regulatory processes.

CORE is an acronym for Commerzbank Related Entities. CORE is a group wide static/master data application of Commerzbank AG which focus on person, organization an group views. CORE comprises in different modules like CORE Person, CORE GlobalParty & Verbund and CORE Admin. With a newly written ONE.Person frontend that enables online customer to self manage static data. CDM Cluster plays a vital role in enabling processes for documents and process automation The importance of person, organization and group view has grown significantly in the last years because of regulatory requirements and from the sales point of view. It is therefore an integral part of our business model.
