We are looking for an experienced and senior Training Expert for our Jeddah office. As a Training Expert, you will be responsible to conceive, design, develop, and deliver training for the employees of Bayut KSA. The incumbent will be responsible for tasks like the New Hire Training program, Executive Onboarding, Sales Training, Technical/System training, Policy training, and refreshers and post-training interventions to keep the employees updated with the required knowledge
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in designing the overall training roadmap for the region with help of the HOD
- Assist in conducting and analyzing Training Need Assessment (TNA) exercises with commercial and support teams
- Conceive and design training modules based on the training needs
- Conduct regular training programs for the employee based
- Recode online training modules for the company employees
- Conduct quizzes and tests to assess the skills and knowledge of the employee base
- Report training performance to the Head of Training & Commercial Heads
- Oversee the new hire training of commercial and support staff
- Spearhead onboarding program of the top tier positions
- In coordination with Tech, conduct system training with the commercial and support staff
- Compile post-training analysis and report to the Head of Training
- Perform performance improvement interventions whenever required
- Coach and counsel employees on departmental requests
- Attend events and conferences that pertain to commercial understanding
Requirements
- Bachelor of Business, OD or other relevant discipline
- 5 Years or more proven work experience within the Training Department.
- Previous experience in a similar sales training role is preferred
- Understanding of LMS, ATS and CRM
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Proven Experience with Learning Management Systems.
