Position Overview:
Our Client is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Associate Labor Law Attorney with a strong background in casualty claims to join their Manhattan office. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of New York Labor Law, particularly Sections 200, 240(1), and 241(6), as well as extensive experience managing complex casualty claims, including construction accident cases and workplace injury litigation. New York Labor Law is a statute that impacts defense of personal injury cases in NY. This position offers an opportunity to work on high-stakes cases, collaborate with senior partners, and provide expert legal counsel to a diverse client base.
