- Delivery Management:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of new features, ensuring they are shipped on time and within scope.

- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Understand the "why" behind feature requests to ensure they deliver tangible business value.
- Facilitate feedback loops to improve feature success post-implementation.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use data to evaluate feature success, identifying areas for improvement.
- Analyze key metrics related to payroll, invoicing, and platform usage to support product decisions.
- Manage and track business outcomes (OKRs), focusing on results, not just output.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to track KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.
