The range for this role is $51,000 - $69,000
Actual base pay will be determined based on a successful candidate's work location, skills/abilities, experience, and education. This role includes opportunity to receive an annual bonus target of 5% of annual eligible earnings. Actual bonus amounts are determined by length of time in role, individual performance, and organizational performance.
Must be willing and able to work onsite in our Melbourne, FL office at least 3 times per week.
The Job
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the ongoing performance of each team member is meeting or exceeding the required metrics of each position.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager, Development in overseeing the coaching, caring for and meeting with the Cost Management team to ensure they are successful and advocated for in their current roles.
- Meet bi-weekly with each team member to discuss performance, set goals, give and receive feedback, and pray together
- Supervise team members
- Track rewards and recognition of each employee
- Assign training and performing quarterly and annual employee reviews
- Regularly report performance concerns and make recommendations for training, additional auditing, queue adjustments, etc. to the Manager of Professional Development
- New Hire onboarding
- Maintain the administrative duties including but not limited to tracking Missions and regular PTO, approving timecards, policy development and tracking compliance adherence
- Keep up to date on procedural changes and HR policies and procedures to incorporate them into discussions with staff members as needed
- Creating and pulling reports as requested by Manager
- Lead department devotions and prayers as needed
- Develop internal policies that coincide with the Employee Handbook and overall business need
- Contribute to the exercise and expression of Christian Care Ministry’s Christian beliefs
- Perform all other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
- Associates/Bachelor’s Degree, coaching certification preferred.
- 1-2 years leadership, coaching or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills is essential to be able to satisfactorily perform each duty.
