The Role
The role will be expected to coordinate and schedule resources for the activities needed for the successful and timely initiation and completion of CentralSquare Technologies Public Sector software implementation/technology projects. This role will serve as the subject matter expert in managing the supply of employees to meet the demand for our Professional Services projects. Responsibilities will focus on matching demand with available capacity while taking into consideration required skills, allocations, and engagement risks. This individual will also work with project managers, time and expense employees, and functional managers to balance workloads and maintain optimal/planned utilization of our teams.
