Responsibilities: Client Service Excellence
- Provide expert support to Broadcasters, Advertisers and Agencies and other TAM (Television Audience Measurement) stakeholders
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist clients in interpreting viewing data to generate valuable insights
- Respond promptly to client queries and data inquiries
Responsibilities: Software Support and Training
- Offer guidance on proprietary software systems (RatingPoint, Arianna, Genesis)
- Manage client software training, including needs assessment and schedule creation
- Develop comprehensive user guides and training materials
- Provide level 1 software support to all clients
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing for software upgrades
Responsibilities: Project and Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with the Commercial Lead on internal and external projects
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with Commercial, Operations, Data Science, and Software departments
- Maintain relationships with industry committee stakeholders
- Consolidate and drive internal actions following key client meetings
Responsibilities: Analysis and Reporting
- Prepare and deliver client presentations in partnership with the Commercial Lead
- Draft papers and generate reports within agreed-upon deadlines
- Monitor and analyse current viewing trends and patterns
Responsibilities: Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed about industry developments and best practices
- Contribute to the enhancement of client service processes and methodologies
Qualifications
- Industry Expertise: Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with TV ratings data in the media industry
- Strong knowledge of and interest in the Irish Media/Advertising landscape
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in TV analysis software, preferably Nielsen's RatingPoint, Arianna, or Genesis
- Experience with other industry-standard tools like MediaOcean or TechEdge is a plus
- Ability to understand, interpret, and analyse large datasets
- Client Service: Proven track record in client-facing roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Research and Analysis: Understanding of research methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
- Training and Development: Experience in software training or teaching colleagues/clients is highly desirable
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated with excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with data visualisation tools is a plus
