About The Role:

In this role you will report directly to the Sr. Director of Talent and be responsible for multiple roles spanning sales, pre-sales, post sales and G&A hiring at Kong. It will be your responsibility to manage meetings with hiring managers for all new roles. In addition, you will be setting and managing expectations with both the candidates and hiring managers. We are looking for someone who values managing meaningful partnerships with their hiring teams, constantly evolving and improving how we hire, creating fantastic candidate experiences, and invests in growing themselves and helping advance the Talent Team.

What you'll be doing...

  • Using your network to fill sales, pre-sales, post sales and G&A roles across APJ, with a focus on ANZ and Singapore.
  • Help grow and analyze our recruiting metrics.
  • Take ownership over senior-level roles, per our hiring plan. Create your own role kick-off calendar and project manage your time, your stakeholders, etc. to that plan
  • Provide an amazing candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Provide a strong hiring manager experience including daily/weekly communication with your hiring teams.
  • Work with the people operations team on special projects, employee retention, diversity and inclusion and any other day-to-day that will advance our recruiting practices.

What you'll bring...

  • Minimum of 5+ years of recruiting experience with proven abilities in sales, post sales, and marketing hiring.
  • A strong background in recruiting for technical companies and helping companies scale quickly.
  • A strong desire to learn about new technologies, especially in the API space.
