To support our continued growth, we are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider at our Liberty Township Care Center in Butler County north of Cincinatti.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team, specializing in the management of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). Job Duties

• Mon-Fri - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM - 10-15 pts/day
• Outpatient consults/follow-ups

Candidate Skills, Certifications and Requirements

• Active NP/PA license in the state of Ohio
• Certification as an NP or PA with prescriptive authority
• 1+ years of GI experience required
• Specific expertise or background in gastroenterology and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) required
  
• Ability to build strong working relationships with the healthcare team
• Demonstrate integrity, adaptability, and the desire to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients and teammates
