Hybrid model with 2 to 3 days onsite in a week.

Responsibilities

Manage and respond to Incidents and platform provisioning request via ServiceNow
Automating manual platform management processes through scripting or programming
Supporting and troubleshooting Linux based and SaaS platforms Coordinating installation and upgrades of Linux and platforms
Participate in a 24x7/On-Call rotation Experience General
Experience working in mid to large corporate environment
Senior level technical expertise
Can work independently with minimal guidance & oversight
Experience with IT Service Management and familiarity Incident & Problem management
Demonstrated experience supporting and managing applications or platforms in a production cloud environment Required Technical Expertise
3 years' experience with AWS or demonstrated expertise
3 - 5 years' experience installing, configuring, and maintaining linux based system in a production environment or demonstrated experience
Demonstrated proficiency with scripting and automation (bash, python, other programming languages)
Familiarity with foundational technologies: DNS, Identity & Credential Management (Active Directory), networking, load balancing, firewall/security groups. Preferred Technical Experience
Experience with Ansible
Experience with GitLab & CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Agile
Experience with data analysis on Splunk
Experience with Grafana & Prometheus or other open-source observability tools
Experience managing Apigee
