Warby Parker is on the lookout for a Manager to support the Product Strategy team with both internal and external partnerships that drive contacts business growth, overall company retention, and customer loyalty. This role will report to the Director of Contact Lens Business on the Product Strategy team. Your key responsibilities will be managing our contact lens vendor partnerships, collaborating on operational improvements with internal partners (like our Brand, Performance Marketing, Retail, and Eye Care teams), and supporting initiatives that promote retention and loyalty among Warby Parker customers across all categories. This is a highly collaborative, operational, and strategic role for someone who is excited to support internal and external partnerships, both driving Warby Parker’s rapidly growing contacts business as well as broader company goals.
