The Role:
The Client Onboarding Associate will be a key member of the FCM’s on-boarding team, working with sales, compliance and operations to smoothly manage a clients on-boarding experience. The Client Onboarding associate will be responsible for guiding the customer through the onboarding documentation and assisting with the end to end lifecycle of the onboarding process
Responsibilities
Upon request, distribute necessary onboarding paperwork and customer requirements to customer
Manage lifecycle of customer onboarding through communication with customer, sales and internal teams such as AML, Compliance, Operations and Tax
Assist with customer integration to Clear Street’s systems by working with IT and operations to obtain necessary information to get customer account open and transactional
Review customer’s returned documents for completeness and accuracy and assist where necessary to collect all relevant requirements
Provide regular updates to management on customer pipeline, and status of customer’s onboarding progress
Qualifications
At least 5 years previous experience in an On-Boarding role, preferably in an FCM
Working knowledge of regulatory and operational onboarding requirements for institutional clients
Experience with Exchange Ownership and Control Reporting (OCR)
Client focused, and a proven track record of building solid, long-standing relationships with customers and colleagues
We Offer:
The Base Salary Range for this role is $100,000 - $105,000 This range is representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Clear Street. Where a candidate falls in this range will be based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. This range represents Base Salary only, which is just one element of Clear Street's total compensation. The range stated does not include other factors of total compensation such as bonuses or equity.
