Forge and Build is Hiring a Store Associate - Retail Sales.

Forge & Build is searching for a Store Associate - Retail Sales for the Company's Forge and Build location in Mansfield, MO. 

Pay: $14 - $16 per hour (Depending on experience)

Hours: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., and Saturday 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

The Sales Associate will assist in providing top notch customer service. All associates participate the receiving, stocking, pricing of all merchandise and help maintain a clean and orderly merchandise presentation and overall store cleanliness. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Associate will assist in the receiving, stocking, cleaning, merchandising and overall store cleanliness
• Maintain a friendly helpful attitude 
• Assist customers in solving their problems
• Maintain a positive, professional and safe environment at all times
• Maintain strong product knowledge
• Provide outstanding customer service and sales
• Enter transactions and operate cash register
• Assist in keeping the sales floor clean and orderly, including signage and bintags
• Ordering and maintaining items in store

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Former retail or trade (ex: building, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) experience preferred
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50lbs) and climbing required
