To provide technical guidance on design of CMDB to support ITSM processes Incident/Change/Problem/Event/Release with an eye toward leveraging automation where possible and sound ITSM process everywhere else.
To provide technical guidance to inexperienced developer/admin team on keep the lights on hygiene, form and Service Catalog supports, Discovery, etc.
