Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute brand & business objectives; KPI’s.
• Lead business analytics – consumer profiling, sales analysis, market share analysis & competitor reviews to interpret & strengthen brand strategic plans & objectives.
• Develop integrated marketing plans from product launches, promotions and media engagement to grow and build brand leadership.
• Develop & lead digital & social media strategies to increase brand engagement.
• Develop & drive brand merchandising guidelines & adhered across all different retail channel distribution.
• Manage brand A&P, P&L, forecasting and optimize brand investments.
• Be “hands on" and independently lead the brand by working closely with cross functional teams from sales team, finance and operations to achieve brand objectives.

We are looking for someone with:

• University degree in marketing or related business
• FMCG experience, critical to success with at least 1-2 years in a reputable FMCG company managing a brand
• Priority & preferably the candidate has experience managing SKINCARE/ FRAGRANCE brand
• Strategic & logical mindset, analytical & insights driven to create opportunities with agility
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills, bi-lingual (English & Bahasa)
• Team player, self – confident with strong leadership qualities
• Independent & Innovative, multi-task and good time management skills
• A go-getter with an attitude to outperform and deliver excellent results continuously
