Work closely with relevant clients stakeholders to refine requirements and keep documentation and JIRA tasks up to date.
Manage SDLC deliverables by engaging with POD/ development teams aligned to application.
Participate in scrum meetings and resolve user stories related queries by development team.
Lead Scrum ceremonies where PO is defined as owner in "meetings" tab.
Work with Scrum Master to keep the various stakeholders up to date on the progress being made, monitoring deliverable and bringing any risk/ impediments.
Serve as a liaison between business and tech teams.
Facilitates demo in Dev and Test environment.
(1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls.
(2.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer.
(3.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities.
(4.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
