We're on the lookout for a Partnerships Manager (Shopify) to join our Strategic Partnerships team based from London (hybrid working option available)
The key role of the Partnerships Manager (Shopify) is to commercially and strategically own, manage and build partnerships that help merchants solve a variety of trading challenges thus driving referrals to our sales team. This helps Visualsoft grow through lead generation, joint marketing and sales activities. Partnerships give Visualsoft a strong value proposition in the market, reinforcing our position as a commerce leader and expert in technology solutions plus marketing and consulting services that support ambitious merchants to thrive.
The Partnerships Manager (Shopify) is responsible for building mutually beneficial, commercially founded relationships with partners. The primary objective is to foster these relationships to generate a regular stream of new business leads that are referred to our sales organisation.
Requirements
The Partnership Manager will work closely with both new and existing sales teams. They will work with partners to drive new inbound referred leads by partners to our new sales team, and to uncover partner opportunities in our existing sales teams, client success and wider business functions. All whilst owning revenue generation from outbound lead flow to our valuable partners. This person will become the de facto authority for partnerships that support the Shopify platform and will be expected to get involved in merchant facing, external conversations and speaking engagements at events. Given the nature of this role, expect to be out of the office at least half the time, meeting and engaging partners and planning joint go to market activities.
You will be expected to create, adapt and maintain a partner engagement strategy for your portfolio, procure lead/referrals, prioritise and support sales teams in hitting company targets including helping marketing generate valuable content supported by partners. Managing existing business partner related enquiries, responding to and guiding merchants on getting the best from their tech stack to maximise growth is essential.
