Known for our unwavering dedication to quality and innovation, we provide global clients with reliable, cutting-edge services and support.</p><p>Our company culture champions professional growth and advancement in an international workplace.</p><p><strong>Role & Responsibilities </strong></p><ol> <li>Establish and maintain high-quality standards across the business.<br> Read and check engineering drawings, specifications, and quality records ensuring accuracy, and compliance with relevant standards.</li> <li>Ensure accurate understanding of product requirements and specifications, with suppliers and internal teams.</li> <li>Investigate quality issues and non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions.</li> <li>Creating training materials and best practice guides for staff and suppliers.</li> <li>Manage, investigate and resolve customer complaints.<br> Participate in and support product and process continuous improvement activities based on a range of tools and techniques.</li> <li>To carry out inspection quality control activities involved in delivering continuous improvement in product quality and business objectives.</li> <li>Communicate quality statistics and improvement activities to the QEHS manager.</li> <li>Perform internal and external audits of our business and sub-contract base.<br> </li></ol><p><strong>Qualifications, Skills & Experience </strong></p><ul> <li>Proven experience with over 5 years of industry experience in a quality management role within manufacturing/engineering.</li> <li>Experience within a foundry environment would be advantageous.</li> <li>Knowledge of maintaining quality management systems (ISO 9001)</li> <li>Experienced with audits, lead auditor training would be beneficial</li> <li>Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers, suppliers, and other business units.</li> <li>Valid UK Driving Licence</li> <li>Must be willing to travel nationally and occasionally internationally.</li> <li>Ability to work autonomously and manage your own time.</li> <li>Knowledge of ISO14001 / ISO45001 advantageous.</li> <li>With the role reporting into the QEHS department, a good comprehension of health and safety principles must be always upheld</li></ul><p><strong>Employee Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>24 days of holiday plus Bank holidays, increasing to 28 days with service.</li> <li>Competitive salary with opportunities for salary reviews.</li> <li>Continuous professional development and training programs.</li> <li>Secure and stable employment within a growing company.</li> <li>Complimentary on-site parking.</li></ul> •
