You will join a talented team of engineers that will spearhead the development of industry-disrupting products and services that achieve and eventually surpass this vision.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br></p><ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers in the development of web-based applications.</li><li>Work with product managers, designers, and backend developers to ensure the seamless integration of frontend and backend technologies.</li><li>Develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using modern frontend technologies, and related frameworks.</li><li>Ensure the technical feasibility and propose innovative solutions for UI/UX designs.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends.</li><li>Develop and implement coding standards and best practices for the frontend team.</li><li>Understanding of server-side principles & knowledge of custom JavaScript and responsive development.</li><li>Knowledge of optimization principles and techniques (Image Optimization, Code Minification, etc.)</li><li>Document technical specifications and procedures.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to identify and address frontend-related issues.</li><li>Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and consistency across the frontend team.</li><li>Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for future hires.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Requirements:<br></p><ul><li><strong>Crafting Prototypes:</strong> You must be capable of simulating a final design that enables the design team to deliver a high-quality user experience through our solution. As a skilled Lead Front-End Developer, you must have the ability to understand when and how to make things easy while focusing on best practices and maintaining proper code architecture. To do this effectively, you must know how to utilize view-layer-oriented and component-based frameworks. </li><li><strong>Developing New Features: </strong>Your core responsibility is to add new features to applications – with a user-centric design approach. All software and programs that designers create with new features should prioritize human interactions and behaviors.
