The SAP Presales Solution Architect will provide software sales support, prepare, and deliver SAP demonstrations, supporting presentations and provide solution advisory for software and services sales.
Prepare and deliver compelling, value-based software demonstrations/presentations that differentiate us from other vendors. Guide deal strategy by providing insight into the technical buyer and our solution portfolio. Become a trusted advisor to key decision makers and executives both during the initial sales cycle, as well as through adoption. Understand and convey the business outcomes and business value gained from SAP’s technology solutions. Respond to RFIs and RFPs in a compelling way. Lead complex sales cycles with multiple solution advisors. Use creativity and storytelling to reinforce your message. Support one-to-many sales and marketing events both on-site and remotely. Mentor fellow Solution Advisors and share your knowledge and thought leadership with the broader solution advisory team.
 
Location: This position will be remote with travel. Candidate may work where they live anywhere in the United States, but candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones are highly preferred.
 
Travel Requirements: Candidate will be required to travel to client sites as sales pursuits and demonstrations require.
 
Responsibilities:
·        Prepare and deliver compelling, value-based software demonstrations/presentations.
·        Guide deal strategy by providing insight into the technical buyer and Navisite’s solution portfolio.
·        Establish a trusted advisory relationship with key decision makers and executives both during the initial sales cycle, as well as through the adoption.
·        Understand and convey the business outcomes and business value gained from SAP’s technology solutions.
·        Translate complex business requirements to SAP solutions.
·        Respond to RFIs and RFPs.
·        Lead complex sales cycles with multiple solution advisors.
·        Support one-to-many sales and marketing events both on-site and remotely.
·        Manage demonstration system maintenance and planning/upgrades.
·        Maintain sales and presales sell authorization training and certifications.
·        Mentor fellow Solution Architects and share your knowledge and thought leadership with the broader solution advisory team.
·        Desire to continually improve Navisite’s capabilities and operations.
 
Skills:
·        Strong background in SAP solutions. Clear understanding of integration among all core modules.
·        Experience working across multiple industries.
·        Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
·        Knowledge of best practice SAP organization structure, chart of accounts, financial and operational reporting structures and other baseline work is beneficial.
·        Knowledgeable of current and emerging SAP solutions in all areas.
·        Understanding of the SAP Activate methodology and SAP Best Practices. 
·        Competency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
·        Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
·        Self-directed, self-motivated, and able to be efficient and effective working remotely.
