We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and ensure our Dutch customers enjoy a seamless and outstanding experience with our services. </p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of multimarket, distributed team across Europe, working closely with teammates in Norway and collaborating with colleagues in key markets.  </p><p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide prompt and professional assistance via our ticketing system and by phone to our B2B customers and partner<br></li><li>Manage requests efficiently - log, validate, and categorize new support requests while ensuring timely escalation and resolution of complex issues</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve - investigate and diagnose general issues, applying strong problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions</li><li>Collaborate internally - work closely with various internal teams to address customer needs and continuously improve our service offerings</li><li>Maintain documentation - create and update clear documentation for both customers and internal processes</li><li>Grow and represent - participate in ongoing training opportunities and represent our company with professionalism in every interaction</li><li>Adhere to policies uphold company guidelines and policies in all work activities</li></ul><ul></ul><p><strong>What We Expect:</strong></p><ul><li>1+ years experience in customer support or similar role </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.</li><li>Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. </li><li>A genuine commitment to delivering support that adds value for our customers. </li></ul><p><strong>What we consider as a plus:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience working in a tech company</li><li>Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical problems</li><li>Familiarity with help-desk systems </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Management, IT, or English Language</li></ul><p><strong>Ideally you are:</strong><br></p><ul><li>Eager to expand your knowledge and skills</li><li>Passionate about helping people and ensuring their success<br></li><li>A team player - collaborative, supportive, and ready to contribute to a positive work environment</li><li>Enthusiastic about technology and its potential to transform digital interactions</li><li>Open to learning and improvement through constructive feedback</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Tailored benefits package by location</strong> - we aim to empower our employees by offering customised benefits suited to each market</li><li><strong>Your tech, your way</strong> - choose the tech gear that aligns with your comfort and meets your preferences</li><li><strong>Hybrid work style - </strong>collaborate with the team in-office several days a week and embrace the flexible work model</li><li><strong>Work-life balance </strong>- enjoy extra paid days off during the summer and Christmas season annually.
