Partnership Team Lead will be expected to lead the sales cycle from Identification and Lead Generation, up until Go Live for Amar Bank's Embedded Banking Product.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Outreach: Identify, prospect, and initiate relationships with potential partners (e.g. Fintech, Logistics, E-Commerce, OTA, Healthcare, Retail, etc).
- Partner Ecosystem Mapping: Understand where the company fits within a broader partner ecosystem and how to strategically position the product.
- Outreach & Pitching: Build relationships with potential partners, clearly communicating the value of the embedded banking services and how it fits into their customer experience or business model.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure that potential partners meet regulatory, security, and operational standards, especially in the highly regulated financial services space.
- Partner Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new partners, including contract negotiation, legal agreements, and alignment on shared goals, compliance requirements, and expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degrees from any field are welcome.
- Experience working in a SaaS or Banking service company for at least 3-5 years.
- Strong track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships, including managing negotiations, closing deals, and driving revenue through partner channels.
- Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, or third-party service providers.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements.
Bonus point if:
- Proven experience in partnership management or business development in the banking, fintech, or embedded finance sectors.
