As a Senior Manager within our General Management team, you will be working on a wide range of complex business needs of our rapidly scaling business. You will leverage project and program management, strategic thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills to keep our business on pace and on task. You will monitor key performance indicators for the business, run the business operations forums to review progress against business targets and drive the business toward key decisions, where needed. When progress slows, you’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to diagnose the problem, develop a strategy to address issues, execute that strategy, and measure effectiveness. A strong candidate for this role will be highly organized, able to drive progress across very cross-functional workstreams, analytical, and flexible / interested in working across a broad range of business problems across Included Health’s full P&L.

The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: 114,330 - 148,640 + equity + benefits
Zone B: 131,480 - 170,936 + equity + benefits
Zone C: 142,913 - 185,800 + equity + benefits
Zone D : 148,6299 - 193,232 + equity + benefits

Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
