You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver a high-quality verification service. You will own an end-to-end vision, strategy and roadmap that meets operational and business needs, set P&L targets and measure the impact of your area. You will identify business opportunities and bring to life innovative services that will help us deliver efficient, cost-optimised and lightning-fast customer identification and verified users (drivers, riders, couriers, partners, etc.) with Bolt.

Your deep technical and automation knowledge, exceptional ability to optimise business processes, laser-sharp focus on users, track record of building world-class enterprise solutions, and ability to align with cross-domain and cross-functional stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

• <point>Define product strategy and roadmap in partnership with operational goals and align needs across all business units (rides, delivery, rentals)</point>
• <point>Design experiments (with support from your analytics partner) to inform product decisions and positioning</point>
• <point>Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related verification and know your customer (KYC) matters, providing regular updates to operations and business stakeholders</point>
• <point>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, design, marketing, etc.) to drive product development through all stages from concept to launch</point>
• <point>Prioritize features and enhancements based on a deep understanding of operational needs (local and central operations), customer needs (drivers, riders, couriers), and data analysis</point>
• <point>Define and track key product metrics to measure success and iterate our task management and handling based on data insights</point>
• <point>Lead and facilitate identity verification development processes (including sprint planning, backlog maintenance, and product reviews)</point>

• <point>You've successfully launched identity or SaaS products in a similar space at a scale of millions of user transactions</point>
• <point>You have a strong understanding of user needs and expertise in collaborative systems, user experience, or usability in highly automated, high-volume task environments</point>
• <point>You have exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with our cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders, and you are fluent in English</point>
• <point>You embrace the complexity of operational processes and have strong analytical skills</point>
