React Developer
We are seeking a React Developer to join our clients team and contribute to various software development projects. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with React and related technologies, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and operate services deployed using React and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate actively in Agile processes, including sprints and daily stand-ups.
- Use data-driven approaches to improve performance, including A/B testing and analytics tools.
Requirements
Academic/Training
- Minimum Academic Training: Complete university education, equivalent to a university baccalaureate or higher.
- Primary Area of Training: Computer Science, Systems, or related Engineering.
- Secondary Area of Training: Software development, with a focus on React.
Experience
- At least 3 years in a similar role and technical stack.
- Proven experience designing, building, maintaining, and operating deployed services.
- Familiarity with Agile environments and methodologies.
Technical Skills
- ReactJS (including React Hooks, Redux, HOC).
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, C#, or Ruby+React.
- Experience with APIs and REST.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel or similar.
- Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely.
- Proficient with Gitlab for version control.
- Agile methodologies, including Scrum.

Job Details
- Type of Contract: Direct hire, indefinite period.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime shifts only.
- Location: 2 WFH days, offices at Chapinero area.
