Operations Engineer (Sr.Eng)
- Proven experience in enterprise application support and maintenance.
- Experience in managing the production incidents/service requests and change request.
- Sound knowledge of change management process (ITIL process)
- Experience in monitoring and diagnosing production scheduled job/tasks. (Includes Debugging skills, troubleshooting when app/system become non-responsive)
- Experience scheduling tools, preferably control-m.
- Experience in Defect management, defect triage with external stakeholders.
- Basic Unix skills.
- Knowledge of source code management tools, preferably Github.
- Knowledge of metadata lineage tools. (preferably Alex )
- Documentation skills e.g. maintaining application support documentation.
Basic infrastructure knowledge for trouble shooting - networks, database, security, servers
