Summary:
Vaxcyte is looking for an energetic and talented individual to join Vaxcyte’s Facilities organization. The primary function of this Associate Director/Director-level position is to lead Facilities operations and site services for Vaxcyte’s Headquarters. This position will manage and grow a high-performing and service-centric team comprised of full-time employees, contingent workers and 3rd party partners. Beyond functional and technical experience, primary keys to success for this role focus on relationships, culture, trust, forward thought, and operational excellence. This position reports to the Senior Director Facilities.
Note: rotational, shared 24x7 on-call support is required of this role.

Compensation:
The compensation package will be competitive and includes comprehensive benefits and an equity component.
Salary Range: $215,000 – $228,000
