Internship or Apprenticeship - Assistant Marketing Manager Germany / DACH (M/F)

After 10 successful years in France, Sezane is becoming increasingly international.

In late 2019, Sézane took its magical formula on the road, embarking on its international Sézane tour: a collection of ephemeral residences in key markets worldwide, with a choice of locations based on existing demand from devoted clientele and the potential to reach new audiences based on a data-backed product fit.

We're looking for an organized, dynamic and creative intern or apprentice who can help develop Sézane in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, by working on 360° projects from online campaigns to pop-up stores to ensure that each client's experience is truly memorable.

The team collaborates with all the different stakeholders in the company to make sure the whole customer experience is flawless and localized: from branding campaigns to last mile delivery and customer support.

Your missions:

• Assist DACH marketing manager in rolling out the 360° marketing plan to drive awareness and sales in the region, with a strong focus on new pop-ups, by activating all levers (partnerships, paid campaigns, newsletters…);
• Propose and execute marketing activations for pop-ups from A to Z and be in contact with external service providers to create a memorable in-store experience;
• Coordinate and collaborate with all internal teams (retail, customer service, marketing teams…) to make events and activations a success;
• Monitor competitive activity in the region and provide insight to the rest of the team;
• Help roll out other marketing activations that develop the brand in the German speaking market (online and offline).

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a business, marketing or communications degree;
• At least one previous experience in marketing or communications, preferably in the fashion, luxury or beauty industry;
• Organized, structured and good attention to detail;
• Independent, fast learner and able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment;
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team;
• Native German speaker with fluent English and French;
• Interest in fashion, marketing and brand development.
