Care Manager

Visiting Angels is looking to add a Care Manager to our team! This is an in-office position based out of our Mt Vernon office. Our hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm. Although we are looking for someone to be based primarily out of the Mt Vernon office, their specific territory of clients will be in Anacortes, and the Islands. This would be an ideal position for someone who lives in the Anacortes area that is halfway between our Mt Vernon office, and Whidbey Island.

Job Duties Include:

Take new client inquiries and perform assessments  
Meet the unique needs and expectations of clients and their families 
Provide caregivers with proper supervision and support 
Develop long lasting relationships and connections  
Answer phone calls and other administrative tasks as needed 
Take the lead on scheduling your clients schedules

Qualifications: 

Background in caregiving, preference towards someone with an active CNA or HCA in WA state
Skilled in managing and supervising others 
Ability to listen and communicate effectively  
Thrives in an environment of teamwork and collaboration
Driving between multiple location, so having a good working vehicle is a must
Basic computer skills
