Your Role
In this role, you will play a critical part in driving our efforts to secure continuous, reliable vehicle supply by establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with leading automotive OEMs. Your core responsibility will be focused on purchasing a steady, long-term supply of vehicles that aligns with FINN's demand and profitability targets from international manufacturers. Leveraging your expertise in procurement, negotiation, and relationship building, you will work closely with top-tier OEM executives to optimize vehicle acquisition strategies. With a data-driven approach and a focus on KPIs, you will make informed purchasing decisions to close major deals, ensuring that our fleet expansion supports FINN's ambitious growth plans.

Your Responsibilities
- Securing sustainable vehicle supply for FINN: Your main task will be to procure a steady, predictable, and long-term supply of vehicles from global manufacturers, ensuring that the supply aligns with FINN’s demand and profitability objectives.
- Develop sustainable, strategic partnerships: With your open, convincing and trusting personality you build and deepen our relationships with leading automotive OEMs as well as international dealership groups. By making FINN their preferred partner, you secure first-in-line access to spot deals.
- Plan and ensure an attractive FINN fleet: You collaborate closely with our Fleet Intelligence team to get insights into demand and supply planning. Based on this data, you build up a winning strategy on how to partner up with our suppliers and steer an attractive fleet for our customers.
- Negotiate and close extraordinary deals: You analyze and evaluate offers and negotiate contracts to get the best deal to enable the most profitable pricing of our Fleet. With a lot of attention to detail, you minimize risks for FINN and create legally binding sourcing and framework contracts, laying the groundwork for a reliable supply.
Your Profile
- Graduated with a Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration or similar.
- 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment like a startup, strategy consulting firm or OEMs, rental companies or online platforms of the automotive industry.
- Experience in purchasing or sales as well as experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Communicative character who knows how to eloquently excite others for their ideas and builds relationships easily.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills alongside experience in handling contracts and a good legal understanding.
- Deep national as well as advanced continental market knowledge with regards to automotive sales, its value chain and residual value development.
- Structured and motivated to optimize established processes on a daily basis; combining strong solution finding abilities with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges.
- Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset and numerical understanding to optimize for profitability.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Onsite in Munich with the flexibility to travel.
