EveryMatrix was founded in 2008 and remains a founder-owned private company.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Define, develop, and implement quality assurance best practices and procedures: test plans, test cases;</li></ul><ul><li>Constantly identifies high-quality bugs based on department standards and performs accurate regressions of existing bugs;</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct root cause analysis on the identified defects, providing sufficient details to understand, replicate and resolve the defect;</li></ul><ul><li>Perform End-to-End testing;</li></ul><ul><li>Black Box Testing, Grey Box Testing;</li></ul><ul><li>Exploratory, Smoke, Regression Testing;</li></ul><ul><li>Perform tests on both Front End and Back End;</li></ul><ul><li>Shares constructive opinions with team members and everyone involved in the project/product;</li></ul><ul><li>Participate and actively contribute during team meetings (demos, retrospectives, planning;</li></ul><ul><li>Support developers in the identification and reproduction of bugs, work closely to deliver quality software.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years in a similar position (MQA);</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum of 1 year in a similar position of AQA is a plus;</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge in working with issue trackers like JIRA;</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in working with test management tools like TestRail;</li></ul><ul><li>Accuracy in reporting issues, all steps to reproduce and observed behaviour;</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of software testing methodologies and procedures;</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes;</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with testing on various platforms (Mobile, Desktop etc.);</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding and proven aptitude in defect identification, research, review, documentation, communication, and assessment;</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding and proven aptitude in test case management within a designated timeframe;</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated prioritization skills;</li></ul><ul><li>Fluent in English (reading and writing);</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to identify gaps in the testing process and provide solutions to mitigate any risks;</li></ul><ul><li>Autonomous and resourceful.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Life Balance:<br></strong></p><ul> <li>40% work from home over any 3-month (can work one month per quarter abroad);</li> <li>Extra leave days for every year at the company – 43 days including public holidays by year 5 of employment;</li> <li>To support women candidates, we offer 100% work from home until the child’s first birthday for mothers;</li> <li>Men receive 4 weeks of paternity leave and can work from home until the child is 13 weeks old; </li> <li>10 sick leaves per year with no doctor’s certificate requirement.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits and Office perks:</strong></p><ul> <li>Daily catered lunch allowance;</li> <li>A flexible schedule;</li> <li>Our own in-house gym, health & well-being programs;</li> <li>Fruits Wednesday;</li> <li>Access to online learning platforms Udemy for Business and O’Reilly and budget for external training;</li> <li>Frequent office events and team building activities in different locations;</li> <li>A fun entertainment corner;</li> <li>A great office space – come and see them for yourself.</li></ul> •
