Polish VIP Manager

To better service their clients, they will be engaging a Polish VIP manager. Being a native Polish speaker is a requirement for this role, as you will not only be chatting and creating promotions for your VIPs, but also take and make phone calls so your Polish communication skills must be top notch.</p><p><strong><strong>Basic salary from 2000-5900 BGN net monthly</strong> depending on seniority.<br><br>Up to<strong> 5000 BGN </strong>monthly KPI related <strong>bonus</strong></strong></p><p><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Engage with VIP clients via chat, email and phone</li><li>Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP client</li><li>Assess and resolve clients' issue</li><li>Meet VIP players for streamed and live event</li><li>Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performance</li><li>Meet or exceed KPI target</li><li>Take active part in developing and implementing VIP programs and initiatives</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Native communication-skills in <strong>Polish</strong>, both written and spoken</li><li>Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken</li><li><strong>Minimum 2 years' proven track record of working with B2C VIP management within igaming / online casino operations</strong></li><li>Experience of working also with Sportsbook players would be an asset</li><li>Candidates with <strong>previous experience</strong> of working with <strong>VIP management</strong> for the <strong>Polish market</strong> in igaming is a non-negotiable requirement and the basic salary will reflect experience</li></ul><p><strong>About this role</strong></p><ul><li>Office-based in Sofia, Bulgaria (no remote flexibility)</li><li>Shifts are worked between the hours of 09:00-02:00 (<strong>no night shifts</strong>)</li><li>Late shifts can be worked from home</li><li><strong>2000-5900 net monthly salary (BGN)</strong></li><li><strong></strong>Comprehensive KPI-related <strong>bonus</strong> scheme of up to <strong>5000 BGN</strong> <strong>monthly</strong></li><li><strong></strong>This role is NOT available on a remote or hybrid-remote basis but is FULLY office-based apart from late shifts</li></ul><p>Apply with your CV in English, please.</p><p>*JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU.
