Eram Talent, a leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Media to join our team. As the Head of Media, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of media planning, buying, and strategy for our diverse range of clients across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies in line with clients' objectives and budgets
- Lead a team of media professionals to ensure effective and efficient media planning and buying
- Analyze market research and industry trends to identify target audiences and media channels
- Negotiate and manage contracts with media vendors to optimize media coverage and cost efficiency
- Monitor and evaluate media campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with other departments, such as creative and marketing, to ensure cohesive and integrated media campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in media planning and buying
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and vendors
- Manage and allocate media budgets effectively and efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in media planning and buying, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful media strategies and campaigns
- Strong knowledge of media planning and buying tools and software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Previous experience working with diverse clients across different industries is a plus
