Estamos em busca de um advogado(a) sênior para atuar no nosso time de Legal:

Responsabilidades:

atuação focada em contencioso cível, trabalhista e contratos corporativos;
atuação generalista com temas nas áreas de consultivo cível, consultivo trabalhista, contratos, consumerista e societário;
atendimento a clientes e proprietários para celebração de aditivos contratuais e acordos;
elaboração/revisão de contratos corporativos de média e alta complexidade, NDAs, notificações, etc. e participação em reuniões de negociação junto aos times internos e clientes/parceiros;
suporte operacional e foco em criação, otimização e automação de processos que envolvam o time jurídico;
suporte às consultas cotidianas e propostas de melhorias aos demais times internos, (Finance, Sales, People, New Business, Renovation, CX, etc.);
acompanhamento de ações judiciais e casos extrajudiciais junto aos escritórios terceirizados;
responsável pela otimização e gestão do processo de collections da empresa;
domínio de ferramentas de gestão de metodologia ágil e automações;
familiaridade com assuntos de compliance e condução de investigações internas;
elaboração, revisão e implementação de políticas e procedimentos relacionados aos programas de governança corporativa, compliance e integridade da empresa;
elaboração de análises de riscos, desvios e ações que fogem do esperado ou podem afetar o negócio;
criação e aplicação de treinamentos para colaboradores e terceiros relativos às práticas legais, trabalhistas, compliance e demais políticas corporativas;

Requisitos:

Graduação em direito
OAB ativo
Experiência com direito contencioso, trabalhista e outros;
Experiência em startup e inglês é um diferencial.
