The opportunity
The Studio Stylist will be responsible for directing styling across e-commerce and content channels. They will stay up-to-date with trends that best represent the brand, and this role requires a hands-on approach with a strong eye for detail and a desire to continuously grow and contribute to the business’s creative elevation. The Studio Stylist will collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Marketing, and Merchandising departments to enhance online traffic and drive product sell-through. This role will also ensure the creative direction is consistent across three websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Trend analysis. Keeping up with fashion trends, emerging styles, and industry movements.
- Creating visually cohesive looks by mixing and matching garments and accessories.
- Ensuring outfits align with the brand image and theme for e-commerce & campaign shoots
- On set. Assisting with wardrobe changes, adjustments, and managing the overall look during a photoshoot or event.
- Ensuring that outfits remain pristine and properly styled throughout the session.
- Prepare shoot sheet and looks in storyteller to be shared with the photo studio team prior to the shoots
- Be driven by customer feedback to improve product content and processes.
- Collaborate with category and brand management teams to execute branded promotions and activations.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position within the online fashion industry (desirable).
- Previous styling experience is desirable.
- A strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making, with a focus on achieving both short- and long-term KPIs.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- High-level written and oral communication skills.
- Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
- Exceptional understanding of the streetwear and/or fashion market.
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and comment on data trends.
- Ability to multitask, meet multiple deadlines, and maintain strong project management skills.
