We are looking for an Employer Brand Manager to drive corporate culture, foster communication between teams, and create events and initiatives that enhance collaboration and positively impact productivity. We seek a professional who thinks strategically, finds creative solutions to engage and support team members, and works closely with the HR department to address the key concerns and needs of both specialists and the business.

In this role, you will

  • Develop and implement an internal communications strategy
  • Create and execute a regular communication plan (e.g., digests, news updates, company and team achievements)
  • Produce engaging content for internal channels and communities (e.g., book clubs, mental health groups)
  • Foster a culture of open feedback and transparent communication
  • Organize internal events and activities (e.g., corporate parties, team-building events)
  • Implement social initiatives that strengthen corporate culture (e.g., charity events, marathons)
  • Coordinate the development of branded merch
  • Seek partnerships and collaborations with Ukrainian brands
  • Collaborate with HR to design and execute initiatives that engage specialists in company life and processes
  • Regularly collect and analyze data on employee satisfaction, proposing improvements to enhance the employee experience
  • Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of events and communication initiatives
  • Manage and enhance the internal referral program

It’s all about you

  • 2+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on internal communications, employer brand, HR activities, event management, or related areas
  • Proven ability to plan and execute end-to-end projects
  • Creativity in conceptualizing events and initiatives
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and open dialogue
  • A data-driven approach to designing and evaluating initiatives
  • An eye for design and experience collaborating with designers
  • Knowledge of modern trends in corporate culture and internal communications
  • Proactive, responsible, and business-oriented, with strategic thinking
  • Willingness to learn and adaptability to change
  • English proficiency at B1+
