Key Responsibilities: (Infrastructure Security Device Management)

Create and manage policies, Live updates, upgrades, compliance reports for Symantec Endpoint protection

Configure and Manage Trend Micro Apex One for servers and desktops

Create and manage policies, roll outs in Windows defender ATP

Perform remediation and resolution on SOC Tickets

Perform version upgrades/rollouts for the products.

Interaction with customers to provide update on day-to-day operation.

Coordination with third party vendors to analyze and troubleshoot issues and provide solution to customer.

Creation of documents for users, SOP documents.

Participation in Process Improvement activities in the project.

Must Have Skills/Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of endpoint security especially antivirus configuration and management

Experience in IT security devices such as DLP, Proxy, IPS/IDS, Firewall, Two factor authentication etc.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business audiences.

Strong Interpersonal skills and a history of building strong relationships with clients

Proven documentation skills including proficiency with the documentation and documentation maintenance for process work flow diagrams.

Ability to work independently and make appropriate decisions or escalations with minimal supervision in a dynamic team environment

Willingness to provide on call support for critical production issues
