We are looking for an experienced sales operations manager to support our growing sales team. You’ll serve as the regional sales operations business partner for EMEA Sales by driving the planning & territory pillar across our subregions and segments. This role is critical to enabling Figma to scale global revenue across our self-service engine and assisted sales motions. This role will be responsible for the Planning and Territory Management Pillar in our Sales Operations team.

This is a full time role that will be held from our London office.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Key Contributor to Annual Planning Process
  • Regional Owner of Process and Cadence for BOA management
  • Owner of Territory Structuring within EMEA subregions
  • Global owner of the Rules of Engagement

 

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Minimum 4+ years sales operations experience, preferably in a fast growing environment
  • Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
  • In-depth experience using Salesforce
  • Experience building high-quality and complex spreadsheets, models and presentations
  • A collaborative working style, with experience working across the company with teams of varied size to achieve common goals

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience in a PLG SaaS company
  • Experience with other Sales productivity & data visualisation tools (Tableau, Lookr etc)
