As part of this transformation we also built completely new teams, spanning across Design, Product, Infrastructure and Engineering.<strong></strong><span class="TextRun SCXW18105603 BCX8"></span></p><p><strong>Key responsibilities include: </strong><span class="EOP SCXW18105603 BCX8"> </span><br></p><ul></ul><p>Documentation Planning:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with product owners, designers, developers, and QA engineers to gather a more holistic understanding of requirements, timelines, features, and user needs.</li><li>Participate in sprint planning meetings to identify documentation needs for upcoming features or changes.</li><li>Engage with stakeholders to identify critical gaps or inconsistencies in existing documentation.</li><li>Prioritise both new documentation needs and revising existing documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency with product updates.</li></ul><p>Content Creation:</p><ul><li>In addition to writing new technical documentation, review, revise, and restructure outdated material.
