Account Management Manager(Influencer Marketing)

AnyMind Thailand is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in influencer marketing and media solutions. We are seeking a talented and motivated Account Manager to join our team and drive success in influencer marketing campaigns.

 

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage project timelines for assigned digital marketing campaigns.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their expectations and leading the team to achieve optimal business results.
• Analyze project requirements and execute for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support client growth and ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify potential issues, develop solutions, and provide timely resolution, including weekend support as needed.
• Prepare comprehensive reports tailored to client needs, including key findings and actionable recommendations.
• Leverage data and insights to evaluate account performance and set digital marketing direction.
• Coordinate with third-party partners to ensure contract compliance.
• Identify upselling opportunities based on client needs and business growth potential.

 

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in account management, account executive, or a related field
• Fundamental understanding of influencer marketing and digital marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent command of both English and Thai
