Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting rental merchandise and provide guidance to ensure they find the right products at the appropriate store. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional service and enhance the overall customer experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fielding calls and inquiries through phone, chat, text, social media, and other communication channels.
- Assisting the sales team in setting in-store appointments.
- Explaining the rent-to-own program to customers.
- Recommending and quoting prices on tires and wheels.
- Assisting customers in completing paperwork.
- Cultivating a servant leadership attitude to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Calling customers to solicit orders.
- Tracking calls and providing weekly sales reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree of any related field
- At least four years of experience as Spanish Bilingual
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to speak, read, write and type fluently in Spanish
- Experience in automotive industry is a plus.
- Experience with a multiple phone and CRM systems
- Amenable working in Eastwood, Libis Quezon City during training and nesting period
